¶ 2. Disconnection Sequence
To avoid electrical arcing or system faults, cables must be removed in the following specific order:
¶ 2.1 AC Power Disconnection
- Grid Side: Unplug the AC cable from the household wall socket first.
- Unit Side: Insert the wrench head into the groove of the AC cable port, then pull to remove the cable.
¶ 3. Hardware Shutdown and Disassembly
¶ 3.1 System Power-Off
- Verify all external AC and DC cables have been removed.
- Press and hold the front power button for 6 seconds.
- Confirm the LED light strip has turned off completely.
¶ 3.2 Mechanical Disassembly
- Bracket Removal: Unscrew and detach the side mounting brackets that secure the unit to the wall.
- Battery Separation: Lift the SolarFlow 1600 AC+ unit vertically to disconnect it from the stack of AB2000X batteries.
- Port Protection: Re-apply the silicone protective covers to the battery terminals and AC ports to prevent dust or moisture accumulation.
¶ 4. Storage and Maintenance Standards
¶ 4.1 Storage Environment
- Location: Store the device indoors in a well-ventilated area.
- Conditions: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and flammable materials.
- Temperature Range: Maintain ambient storage temperatures between -25°C and 65°C.
¶ 4.2 Cell Health Maintenance
To prevent irreversible battery degradation during long-term storage, the following State of Charge (SOC) protocols must be followed:
- Baseline Storage: Discharge the battery to 30% and then recharge it to 60% before putting it into storage.
- Cyclic Maintenance: Every 3 months, perform a maintenance cycle by discharging to 30% and recharging to 60%.
- Critical Recovery: If the battery level drops below 1% during use, it must be recharged to 60% immediately before it is stored to avoid permanent cell failure.
