Environmental Condition: Perform removal in dry conditions to prevent water ingress into open ports.
Required Tool: Ensure the proprietary disconnection wrench (included in the original package) is available for releasing MC4-compatible solar connectors.
Protective Gear: While the system is "Plug and Play," insulating gloves are recommended when handling cables connected to active circuits.
To prevent irreversible battery degradation during long-term storage, the following State of Charge (SOC) protocols must be followed:
Baseline Storage: Discharge the battery to 30% and then recharge it to 60% before putting it into storage.
Cyclic Maintenance: Every 3 months, perform a maintenance cycle by discharging to 30% and recharging to 60%.
Critical Recovery: If the battery level drops below 1% during use, it must be recharged to 60% immediately before it is stored to avoid permanent cell failure.
Next Steps:If you are relocating the system, please refer to the SolarFlow 1600 AC+ Installation Guide for re-commissioning procedures and regional safety standard selection.
